Cancellation Policy


If you cannot attend a workshop or program, you have the following options.*

•  Send another organization/FARM representative at no extra cost.

      Register the new participant for the workshop by calling NOFA-NJ at 908-371-1111.

•  Receive a voucher for any other Program of equal or lesser value.

      Vouchers must be used within one year of the date of issue. You must contact NOFA-NJ one (1) week before the scheduled program* to receive a voucher.

OR

•  Receive a refund in the same form as payment.*

      You can receive a full refund up to one (1) week before the scheduled program*, less a $15 handling charge.



* Exceptions and Notes:
 

  • No reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend your scheduled workshop. 
  • No refunds made for Twilight Meetings. If you pre-register for a Twilight Meeting and cannot attend, you may elect to send another organization/farm representative or receive a voucher.
  • Refunds requested sixty (60) days after date of payment will not be able to be made to credit cards.  A check will be mailed to you the billing address listed at time of registration.
  • Some special programs may require you to contact NOFA-NJ more than one (1) week before the start of the program. Please see individual program descriptions for more information.

NOFA-NJ reserves the right to cancel a scheduled program for any reason.  In the event that NOFA-NJ cancels a program, participants will be fully refunded.
