Eve Minson, Beginning Farmer Program Manager

Born and raised in N.Y.C., Eve left for greener pastures in 1987 to pursue her love of plants and nature at Cornell University. In 2003 she came to Bucks County to teach sustainability and green landscape design at Delaware Valley College while farming part-time on a small scale.
